開発に込めた想い
「HANDS UP」は、全国の学生アスリートが競技映像やプロフィールをオンラインで発信し、次のステージ（進学・進路）へつながる“出会い”を生むオンラインプラットフォームです。
コロナ禍で大会が相次いで中止となり、実力を示す場やスカウトとの接点が失われた状況を受け、学校や地域による機会格差を小さくし、才能を埋もれさせないことを目的に立ち上げました。
この取り組みを通じて、実際に複数の学生が進学・競技継続の機会を得るなど、確かな成果が生まれました。

コロナ禍で思うようにトレーニングも試合もできない中、
生徒は自分達のできることを精一杯取り組んでいます。
しかし、このような状況で、自分をアピールできる場がないことは選手としてのモチベーションの低下や、 大学でも競技を続けたいと思っている選手は試合を観てもらう機会が減ることにもつながってしまいます。
選手達は「HANDS UP」を通して多くの人に観てもらう機会を得て、モチベーションにつながってくれることを期待しています。
しかし、このような状況で、自分をアピールできる場がないことは選手としてのモチベーションの低下や、 大学でも競技を続けたいと思っている選手は試合を観てもらう機会が減ることにもつながってしまいます。
選手達は「HANDS UP」を通して多くの人に観てもらう機会を得て、モチベーションにつながってくれることを期待しています。
